Sjani there are no words to describe the amazing and wonderful time we had. You certainly went out of your way to accommodate and make it all so special.
There is nothing that I would have changed.
You are certainly one in a million and I hope someday I would be able to do the same for you.
Thanks,

We had the most wonderful wedding experience in Zanzibar exceeding all our expectations. The setting was idyllic, a true paradise location. We could not have imagined a more perfect day. The entertainment and the food was amazing, everything went so smoothly and organised so well. The atmosphere created and the special touches were such a wonderful surprise. Along with our memories, we have a DVD so that we can re live every moment. Thank you to Sjani and everyone at Mtoni.

Hi Sjani,
Richard and I would like to thank everybody involved in making our Zanzibar trip an absolute magical memory, that we will be sure to talk about to our grand children one day.
We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the fruit out of this world, especially the grapefruit and the jack fruit.
Our Wedding day was made very special for us, from the preparing stages through to the fresh flowers, the view with a breath taking sunset and our lovely dinner table on the beach, just the two of us – very romantic. I loved the way our rings were presented in the coconut and the lovely arch of flowers that I walked through to meet my groom – husband to be! I must say I thoroughly enjoyed not having to wear any shoes – barefoot ;0) We will definitely be visiting again and I would definitely recommend it to any couple for a holiday or as a wedding venue.
Thank you, once again…

Dear Sjani,
THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES...
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for an ABSOLUTE DREAM WEDDING (Sunset Cruise Package). We had many unforeseen obstacles, but I personally think that just made our day so much more special.
On our Wedding Day we had monsoon rains. No problem for the coordinator & staff, it was suggested we shift our wedding day to the following day, we were assured that the ceremony on the Dhow would be a magical experience. You were on top of every detail and made me feel very relaxed about the entire event. The following day we woke up to the most perfect day. The sun was shining, birds were singing, skies were blue & the ocean turquoise. Everything looked just perfect.
The lady arrived for my relaxing pedicure and the beautician for my hair & face. I felt like a Princess... Finally the time arrived when all the guests boarded the beautifully decorated Dala Dala. They were accompanied by Swahili musicians and were driven to the centre of town. Sjani, my Dad & I followed. We arrived at the Tembo Hotel where the guests were waiting for me on the beach. My dad & I walked across the soft sands towards the Dhow, a beautiful wooden boat full of character and decorated with flowers and ribbons.
We set sail and the ceremony was conducted with The House of Wonders and the absolute beauty of Zanzibar in the background - MY MAGIC ISLAND. Father Charles proceeded with a very personal and heart warming ceremony just for us.
After the ceremony it was fun time on the Dhow. We danced and enjoyed wine and snacks. The sails were hoisted and we set off for Mtoni Marine. Luckily there was no concern sea sickness as the ocean was as dead calm.
As the sun set the ocean changed from turquoise to bright yellows and oranges. The Swahili Musicians brought a special magic with their music. As darkness covered the skies we sailed to Mtoni Marine where the beach was decorated with palm frond arches and was lit up with fires & lanterns. We were welcomed onto the beach by Ngoma drummers and dancers, quite spectacular. A beautiful candlelit dinner table was set on the beach where we enjoyed a delicious meal, good wine and lovely music in the background.
It was an unforgettable, magical and needless to say a very romantic experience which we will never forget. If had to choose between a large wedding with lots of guests and small one on a magnificent Island then there is no choice... the Island wins by far.
Thank you once again Sjani and Waldemar for your fantastic enthusiasm, planning and effort in making it such a special day for all of us. Please also thank all the staff at Mtoni Marine.
Best wishes,
Sharon

Hi Sjani,
We must thank you for going the extra mile to make our wedding an unforgettable experience.
You really pulled out all the stops to make it a very special day and made Sharon feel like the
most important lady of the day.
It was just amazing how you managed to organise everything so efficiently at the change of the weather
and have the hairdresser, make-up, flowers, food, boat, dala dala, photographer, musicians etc
all organised to have the perfect wedding the next day.
I must thank you as it was beyond expectations and for Sharon and me it was a dream come true.
All in all an enchanting experience and one we would like to return to
so hope you can oblige!!! Good luck and every success in the future.
Regards,
Peter
PS. The cake was really good.

We are writing this email as we cannot express our thanks more passionately. We arrived home greeted by constant Wow’s and joyous impressed guests.
Your hospitality, care and professional, yet fun approach, was a delight to experience. We were happily unaware of accidents, temperamental young rock stars and machinery that went wrong - we want to congratulate you on a job, not well done, but excellently done!
All our expectations were exceeded, every single one of them! Superb food, the best seafood ever actually, excellent warm service and lovely rooms. (We stayed in Palm Court). Our wedding was the highlight and executed perfectly. I would recommend Mtoni Marine to absolutely everyone, it's close to Stone Town, the beach is lovely and with people like Waldemar and Sjani on hand you just cannot go wrong! They are our hero's.....
We can only say that we are eternally grateful for all you did to create a truly memorable day. We will never (ever) forget and neither will most of our friends. A new bench mark was created and we hope that we will get to enjoy many beers and glasses of wine together.

Everything was extremely well organised, thank you….I was probably the most relaxed bride in the world! We met up with Shani and Waldemar the evening before the wedding to run through the proceedings. Thank you so much for packaging the greatest wedding ever. Our memories are priceless. Our wedding was completely stunning and so intimate and romantic and personal. Our wedding and honeymoon in Zanzibar was something many people will only ever dream about.
A brief run down…
Sjani took us down to Stowntown Harbour the following afternoon at 16h00. The Dhow was beautifully decorated with flowers, silk cushions and drippings and palm tree leaves. The ceremony was performed by an Anglican Minister, a couple of hundred meters out to sea. The photographer was also on board and was very professional; we were very impressed with him. After the ceremony and toasts, they dropped the sail and we sailed off into the sunset with the beautiful Stone Town city in the background…it was stunning!!!! After sunset we arrived (still by boat) at Mtoni Marine. There was a big bon fire burning on the beach, torches lit the way to our private little dining area and two musicians serenaded us. Stunning and romantic! The food was absolutely out of this world!!! Gourmet!!!! 5 star!!!!

Weddings on Zanzibar must honestly be the most romantic ones to ever hit the market. Everything is done so well and the people are so caring. All they want is to ensure that your day is extremely special and everyone pitches in to make that happen. We had a wonderful time and certainly have something great and special to tell our grand children someday.
