Sjani and Waldemar exchanged vows on a floating chapel in the middle of a sea-green lagoon surrounded by friends and family who love them to bits. One such friend is Gail who when asked to toast the couple drew her inspiration from everybodies favourite sitcom FRIENDS. You remember the one with the lobster. Phoebe assures Ross that Rachel is meant for him in fact she is his lobster, and she pictures them claw in claw for the rest of their lives. And so the speech went like this!
“So Waldemar and Sjani as chef and restaurateur it is only fitting we use food metaphors – In the Chinese Restaurant that is life, Waldemar you have dipped your hand in the fish tank any number of times, and if we are honest you have even been in for a swim or two, but this time we can say that you have pulled out your lobster!”
So, the two lobsters have epicurean excellence high on their agenda in the most perfect of tropical settings, they had so much fun planning, organizing and executing their own wedding that Sjani has decided to make it her new hobby… it has been so popular that bookings has flooded in and it has become her full time job.
They don’t take the essence of romance in the air for granted. By offering a full wedding planner service, they will ensure that your day is as peaceful and joyous as the occasion deserves and demands. By calling gracefully and heartily on the warmth, hospitality and harmony of Zanzibari culture, they are confident in their own promise to fulfill the day of your own vows in all its sanctity and happiness.
